Work & Wedding
I'm getting married on Friday and I have to work Monday - Wednesday this week. It's going to suck. I propose that there be some sort of marital leave--something along the lines of maternal leave in longevity.... Anyway, long story short: if you get married take more time off before the wedding than I did so you don't have to do something you don't want to be doing from the moment you wake up till the moment you fall asleep. I have no down time this week. Somebody give me some down time.

seeing that we have tagged generosity as one of the disciplines we value... i am hereby donating to you all the free time i have this week. all five minutes may be picked up at our house between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. uh, wait. i forgot that my downtown was from last week. sorry, check back in a few weeks.
that would be downtime rather than downtown... not having a spare moment leads to many a grammatical error.
